Gift Voucher

Do you have a special person you would like to help recover from an injury or have a Physiotherapy Massage? Gift vouchers are available. You are able to purchase an appointment or a course of appointments. To purchase them you can e-mail charlottelyonsphysio@gmail.com or purchase via the online store.

Ts and Cs: Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase.

Terms and conditions. 

To secure your booking, you need to pay for your appointment at the time of booking. All appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours notice cannot be refunded. Any missed appointments cannot be refunded.

Any appointment cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will be refunded in full or rescheduled.
